Registry by the rules

The system enforces registry regulations: from registration to signed acknowledgment

A complete records management pipeline: a document is registered, receives a resolution, turns into assignments, and - per the classification scheme - moves into case files and the archive. Three approval route types: sequential, parallel, and mixed.

  • Registration of incoming, outgoing, and internal documents. Every document gets a card; access to it is governed by the classification level (0–4) and the employee's clearance - not by a "folder".
  • Resolutions and assignments. An executive's resolution becomes assignments with owners and deadlines; execution progress is visible on the document card.
  • Execution control with deadlines. Deadline, owner, and status of every assignment live in the control loop; no assignment gets lost between offices.
  • Records classification scheme. Documents are filed into case files per the scheme; from there the records archive takes over: volumes, records appraisal, destruction acts.
  • Journals and registers. Registration journals are maintained by the system; full-text search across cards and file contents strictly respects permissions.
  • Print forms in Russian and Uzbek. A complete set of registry print forms; the set is tailored to the organization's regulations during rollout.
  • Signed acknowledgment. An employee confirms they have read a document; the dated acknowledgment is recorded and kept in the audit log.

Three languages

The interface and help speak the employee's language - not the other way around

Russian, Uzbek (Latin), and English - three complete sets of interface and built-in help, no "partial translation".

Russian

Full interface, built-in help, and registry print forms.

Uzbek (Latin)

The same scope as the Russian version: the full interface and the entire help. Print forms in Uzbek.

English

Full interface and help - for auditors and English-speaking staff.

Language is set per user: the registry works in Uzbek, the executive in Russian, the auditor in English. One installation, one database.

Localization and independence

A government agency's document flow should not depend on a foreign jurisdiction

KASKAD is built in Uzbekistan and deploys inside your perimeter: both the data and the technology stay under the organization's control.

  • Data physically in Uzbekistan. Documents, personal data of employees and citizens, and journals stay on your servers. The on-premise architecture satisfies the personal data localization requirement (Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On Personal Data", ZRU-547) by design: there is simply nowhere for data to leak.
  • The servers are yours - no fine print. Everything - services, database, files, search, AI - runs inside the organization's perimeter. No cloud required; the internet is needed only for communication channels, and those can be switched off.
  • Built in Uzbekistan. A foreign document management system means a subscription in foreign currency, support across the ocean, updates on someone else's schedule, and a kill switch outside your control. With KASKAD, all of that stays in-country and inside your perimeter.
  • Local support. The system is maintained by a local team - in your time zone and in your language. Contract and invoices in Uzbek soums from a local legal entity.

Rollout

From installation to production - 1–3 months

A typical rollout plan. The handover package is complete: user and administrator guides, training materials, an FAQ for IT and security teams.

step 1 · 1–2 days

Installation

Stack deployment on the customer's server: tenant, roles, LDAP / Active Directory sync.

step 2 · 2–4 weeks

Pilot

A working group on real regulations: approval routes, classification scheme, journals.

step 3 · from 1 week

Archive migration

Dry run of batches → discrepancy report → import. Timing depends on volume; recognition quality is measured on your samples in the first week.

step 4 · 1–3 months

Production

Staff training, print forms, regulation sign-off, acceptance.
