Licensing · On-premise
The license is assembled from modules and bound to your server
Six modules with granular capabilities inside: archive and long-term archive, confidential recordkeeping, CRM automation, extended warehouse. You pay for what you enable: module licenses plus per-user workstations. The license runs inside your perimeter.
How the license works
Six modules, two tiers, granular capabilities inside
Each module is enabled at one of two tiers - basic or full. Inside the modules are individual capabilities, added to the license by name. The invoice lists only what is enabled.
EDMS
Registration, resolutions and assignments, execution control, journals, print forms, approval routes. A separate capability - confidential recordkeeping: classification levels 0–4 and personal clearances.
Records archive
Volumes and case files, records appraisal, destruction acts, batch migration, scan recognition. Granular capabilities: archive and long-term archive are enabled separately.
CRM
Leads, deals, pipelines, counterparties, proposals with approval, communication channels including Telegram. A separate capability - CRM automation: rules and event-driven triggers.
Warehouse
Real-time stock, batches, bins, receiving and shipping, stocktaking, a warehouse ledger journal. A separate capability - extended warehouse.
ERP layer
End-to-end processes across modules: request → proposal → approval → deal → shipment → report. Shared reference data, currencies and VAT, unified permissions and audit.
AI CoPilot
Document summaries, ru/uz/en translation, answers about document content, lead extraction from correspondence. Works with your AI provider - including a fully on-premise model.
Cost of ownership
Flexible licensing: the mix is priced for your configuration
The cost consists of module licenses and per-user workstations; we price the exact mix in a commercial proposal. The contract and support are local, and the hardware requirements are modest.
- Modules + workstations. Module licenses cover the circuits you enable; workstations are counted per user. This is not a subscription to someone else's cloud: the system runs on your servers.
- Branches without separate deployments. One installation serves the head office and its branches: the multi-tenant architecture isolates each unit's data - no separate installation per branch.
- Contract and invoices in Uzbek soums from a local legal entity. Payments are not tied to exchange rates or a foreign jurisdiction.
- Support in your time zone. Questions are resolved in your language - Russian, Uzbek, or English - not on a foreign vendor's schedule.
- A regular server instead of a cluster. The entire stack - five Go services and the web front end - uses about 185 MB of RAM. No cluster required: a single 4-core server is enough for a pilot.
Updates and operations
Updates are installed on a business day - no weekend maintenance window
An update is a package: new service versions and automatic database migrations. The update path is repeatable and proven.
step 1
Update package
New service versions and database migrations arrive as a single package - not a set of manual instructions.
step 2
Database migrations
The database schema updates automatically, the same way it does on the development environment - the update needs no manual DBMS work.
step 3
Restart under systemd
Services run under systemd; an update is a rebuild and a service restart - a routine operation, not an event.
step 4
Health check
The state of every service is visible via the built-in health check utility - the result of an update is verified immediately.
Support
Help is built into the product, documentation is handed over at implementation
Built-in help in three languages
35 EDMS help sections in Russian, Uzbek, and English. Employees get guidance in their own language without leaving the system.
Implementation kit
User and administrator guides, training materials, a pre-project questionnaire, an FAQ for IT and security teams - the full kit is handed over with the system.
We will assemble a license for your needs
Tell us which modules and capabilities you need - we will prepare a commercial proposal with the license composition and tiers. A live demo takes 40 minutes.
